We often pray for the missionaries spreading the seed of the Gospel around the world, but may forget to pray for the “soil,” the people who will be hearing the Good News. As in the Parable of the Sower, the seed must have good ground to take root, grow, and prosper. Pray that the Gospel would be made known to these people groups, and their hearts would be “fertile ground” to receive it and pass it on to others.
