Oaxaca has become one of the top tourist destinations in Mexico thanks to its large number of pretty beaches and archaeological sites. Throughout the city you will find a multitude of indigenous cultures, which makes Oaxaca the most ethnically and linguist ically diverse state in all of Mexico. Roman Catholics make up about 89% of the population in this part of Mexico.
Short-term trips categorized at this level have either a medium level of strenuous activity levels, mid-level advanced ministry or location requirements, or all of the above. Participants must be willing to share the gospel and their testimony to others, be physically able to walk for extended periods of time, over even and uneven surfaces with some steps, inclines and unpaved terrain. Participants must be willing to commit to attending 100 percent of scheduled trainings on culture and ministry tactics.
